The topics to be addressed depend on the problem to be solved. This may involve several stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.).

The problems are economic in nature, often with environmental and social implications.

We analyze the environmental, societal and economic impacts of the subject. Regarding the calculation of the carbon footprint, we use the Carbon Balance (tool created by ADEME and maintained and developed by ABC carbone).
It is essential during this step to have a complete vision of all the interactions of the subject in its environment.

Thanks to the previous step, we were able to grasp things as a whole, understand the purpose and essence of the subject. To answer the questions, and therefore find the way, we create teams, from different departments, and from different hierarchical levels.

Together, we develop the objectives to be achieved based on the challenges. These objectives are defined during workshops led by our teams, with the aim of creating the cohesion necessary for implementing the solutions.

We organize and lead the working group(s), within which we share our knowledge and experience in order to jointly develop solutions and facilitate their implementation.

We monitor and measure progress. At each milestone, we hold a results presentation to energize the team and celebrate successes.
When actions are completed and goals achieved, a closing ceremony recognizes the teams' work and shares success with management.

Throughout the mission, communication is carried out internally and externally to promote the actions of our clients.
